After stepping away to raise their twins, Jack returned to the kitchen with renewed purpose — bringing experience, instinct, and heart into every dish.

While Jack leads the kitchen, Wendy leads the business side — overseeing operations, planning, and customer communication. She’s a natural mentor and team-builder who brings clarity and steady leadership to every moving part.
You’ll also find her working alongside Jack in the kitchen, supporting prep and ensuring each service runs with care and consistency.
