We grew up close to the Sonoran border, so a few bold favorites naturally made their way into our menu — always balanced with comfort-food classics and genuine Texas welcome.

Meet Jack

Jack has spent decades in professional kitchens — from Arizona resorts to restaurant ownership and catering.

Jack has a gift in the kitchen — everything he touches just tastes better. The first time he cooked Wendy a burger in his backyard, it tasted like steak. That was the moment she thought, “Well… I’m going to marry this man.”

He’ll tell you it’s just good ingredients and technique. We’ll tell you it’s talent.

After stepping away to raise their twins, Jack returned to the kitchen with renewed purpose — bringing experience, instinct, and heart into every dish.

Meet Wendy

While Jack leads the kitchen, Wendy leads the business side — overseeing operations, planning, and customer communication. She’s a natural mentor and team-builder who brings clarity and steady leadership to every moving part.

Wendy has always led by serving others — consistently, and with a high bar for doing things the right way. She connects the dots quickly — between people, ideas, and details — creating alignment and momentum wherever she’s needed. You’ll feel it in how smoothly everything runs.

You’ll also find her working alongside Jack in the kitchen, supporting prep and ensuring each service runs with care and consistency.

We specialize in pickup catering for smaller, intimate gatherings. As a hands-on, two-person team, this allows us to focus on quality, freshness, and personal attention with every order.
