Deposit + Cancellation Policy
To protect your pickup time and ensure we prepare everything fresh, we require a deposit.

Minimum order: $150 (before tax)
Deposit: 50% required to confirm your order
Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellation window: Cancel 48+ hours before pickup for a refund of your deposit (minus any non-recoverable ingredient costs, if applicable).
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable because ingredients and prep are already in motion.
Cash discount: 10% off when your catering order is paid in cash.
