We love catering smaller, intimate gatherings — dinner parties, family celebrations, showers, community events, pop-ups, and meaningful moments where food truly matters.

Catering & Food Trailer Event Minimums
            Pickup or drop-off catering orders: $150 minimum before tax.
          
            Food trailer events: $350 minimum.
          
            Food trailer event minimums do not include park fees, venue fees, vendor fees, permit fees, electricity fees,
            or other event/location fees required by the venue, park, city, or organizer.
          
            Permitted & inspected: Arizona Sunrise Cafecito & Catering is up to date on required food safety certifications,
            fire inspection requirements, and our mobile food permit to operate across Texas.
          
            Based out of: Royse City, TX.
          
            Travel note: Events 20+ miles from Royse City may require an added travel fee to help cover fuel,
            drive time, and trailer transport costs.
          
            10% off catering orders paid in cash.
          
            Need delivery for a pickup-style order? You’re welcome to use DoorDash when available, or send a courier.

Deposit + Cancellation Policy
To protect your date, pickup time, and event preparation, we require a deposit once your order or event is confirmed.

Pickup/drop-off catering minimum: $150 before tax
Food trailer event minimum: $350
Food trailer event minimums do not include park, venue, vendor, permit, electricity, or other event/location fees.
Events 20+ miles from Royse City may require an added travel fee for fuel, drive time, and trailer transport.
Arizona Sunrise Cafecito & Catering is up to date on required food safety certifications, fire inspection requirements, and our mobile food permit to operate across Texas.
Deposit: 50% required to confirm your order or event.
Your order or event is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellation window: Cancel 48+ hours before pickup or event service for a refund of your deposit, minus any non-recoverable ingredient costs or event-related costs, if applicable.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable because ingredients and prep are already in motion.
Cash discount: 10% off when your catering order is paid in cash.
